2 المعلومات التي نجمعها
- الاسم وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف عند التسجيل
- معلومات الإعلانات التي تنشرها (صور، أوصاف، أسعار)
- بيانات الاستخدام مثل الصفحات التي تزورها والبحثات التي تجريها
- معلومات الجهاز مثل نوع الهاتف ونظام التشغيل والإصدار
- الموقع الجغرافي إذا أذنت بذلك لتحسين نتائج البحث
3 كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- تشغيل التطبيق وتقديم خدماتنا بشكل صحيح
- عرض الإعلانات ذات الصلة وتحسين نتائج البحث
- التواصل معك بشأن حسابك أو إعلاناتك
- تحسين التطبيق وتطوير ميزات جديدة
- منع الاحتيال وضمان أمن المنصة
- الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية
4 مشاركة المعلومات مع أطراف ثالثة
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. قد نشارك معلوماتك فقط في الحالات التالية:
- مزودو خدمات موثوقون يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق (مثل الاستضافة والتحليلات)
- عند الطلب القانوني من الجهات المختصة في الأردن

5 أمان البيانات
نستخدم تشفير SSL/TLS لحماية بياناتك أثناء النقل. يتم تخزين بياناتك على خوادم آمنة مع صلاحيات وصول محدودة. نراجع إجراءات الأمان بانتظام لضمان حماية معلوماتك.
6 حقوقك
- الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية وطلب نسخة منها
- الحق في تصحيح أي معلومات غير دقيقة
- الحق في حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك
- الحق في الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك لأغراض التسويق
- الحق في تقييد استخدام بياناتك في حالات معينة
7 الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط أو عند الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة. عند حذف حسابك، نحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً، باستثناء ما يقتضيه القانون الاحتفاظ به.
8 خصوصية الأطفال
تطبيقنا غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 18 عاماً. لا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال. إذا علمنا بذلك، سنحذف تلك المعلومات فوراً.
9 التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنخطرك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني موافقتك عليها.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your information only in these cases:
- Trusted service providers who help us operate the app (e.g. hosting, analytics)
- When legally required by competent authorities in Jordan
